This is my first official project as president of DDO.

I planned on launching an Official DDO tourney first, but I figured I would go ahead and start this project instead since I could launch the tournament simultaneously with this and it would not affect it all. Expect an Official Tier or Mentor tourney to begin within the next week or so.

Welcome to the DDO Health Initiative.

About this Program

I have been working out for nearly 10 years. I have practiced MMA, free running, crossfit, boxing, body building, power lifting, and weightlifting. With that being said, I have gained quite a bit of knowledge about how to achieve workout goals. This is anything from getting ripped, to putting on mass, to building up endurance, or anything you probably could think of.

My best stats thus far are from about a 1 1/2 years to 2 years ago. I was weighing in at 145 pounds and managed to bench 280 on max. I could shoulder press 155 pounds for 10 reps, I could squad around 350, and I could dead lift around 350 as well. Shorty after this I dislocated my shoulder when I got put in a triangle, and tried to spike some one when we were sparring. I had to take a break (never went to the doctor, just popped it back into place), and then I fell on hard times. I had to give up the gym for a little while to get situated. Now that I am in a better situation, I am going to go back to the gym on a regular basis. I just got my membership, and now that I am two years older I am going to set out to work out hard again.

These are my previous pictures, when I was at my peek

I may not get back to that point, but I am going to go as far as I can. With that being said I made a thread about 2 weeks back saying essentially the same thing and offered everyone on DDO the chance to work out with me.

As a way for me to give back to the community I offered to write up personal work outs, set up diets, and just answer any questions in general about how someone can achieve their goals. I still plan on doing that, and it starts now. There is a sign up list from the previous page and some people dropped out and some people stayed, but this is the official launch page.

By signing up, we can live healthy and meet our goals together while holding each other accountable. Feel free to post before and after pictures (or keep them to yourself), it is a great motivator.

When you sign up , list your specific goals, what you want to achieve, and what is open diet wise and gym wise. I will work with you in this thread to help you meet your goals. This is going to be a 3 month thing, and we will check back in at the end of the 3 months to see the difference from now. Throughout those 3 months, feel free to ask me anything on here. I can change your diet if you want to adjust your goal, or even adjust your workout. I am here to help you .

With that being said, let the sign ups begin :)

I don't care about whether an ideology is "necessary" or not,
I care about how to solve problems,
which is what everyone else should also care about.

In essence, the world is fucked up and you can either ignore it, become cynical or bitter about it.

Your first project should be to get this changed:

http://www.debate.org...

This was the presidency two presidencies ago.
I'm becoming less defined as days go by, fading away, and well you might say, I'm losing focus, kinda drifting into the abstract in terms of how I see myself.
