Has this ever happened to anyone before?

http://www.debate.org...

I was not given any notice and have not yet received any email about why my debate has been removed. I assume it has something to do with the recent comments. The conversation got pretty heated between my opponent (voted the loser of the debate) and a few other members. I myself have not been commenting in the last week or so. I just sent an email to customer support to ask what's up and if the debate will ever be restored. As of now it is totally gone and even removed from my record (I was 2-2 but now am just 1-2).

Has this ever happened before? An entire debate removed? And if it turns out that the reasoning is because of comments posted by my opponent (the loser) and/or other users, why am I being punished? That was a win on my record, and waaaaaaaaaay more than that I am very happy the voting turned out in favor of my side of the argument for religious reasons (the debate was about baptism).

I asked if customer support would just remove the comments section from the debate and then restore it along with all the votes.

That link works fine and goes right to the debate...

Just thought to check this. Both my opponent and the other member of DDO who were doing the heated commenting recently have had their accounts deactivated.

My opponent's other debates are still up and running just fine, so deleting Swordmaster's account isn't was caused my debate with him to be removed. Must have definitely been the commenting then. Lol.

I had a debate with someone about President Obama. His claim was that Obama is the worst president. I challenged. The debate ended, and the votes were overwhelmingly in my favor. But I sup pose that because my opponent's conduct was...let's just say, less than respectful, the entire debate now seems to be gone.
