Hi there, DDO. Do you ever get tired of debating the same old crap over and over again? Well, here's some suggestions for topics for ya to debate:

1. The UN system of each member state having a single representative should be replaced
2. The United States should supply weapons to Ukraine
3. The prevention of Nuclear Proliferation should be US policy
4. The 14th amendment of the U.S. Constitution makes state laws banning marijuana null
5. The hypothetical non-existence of any deity would negate human purpose
6. The "Right to be forgotten" is a fundamental human right
7. Night-oriented circadian rhythm should be considered a disorder
8. Christian-owned bakeries should reserve the right to refuse to do business for gay weddings on religious grounds
9. The Islamic State is not Islamic
10. Private ownership of famous works of art not created by the person in question
11. Net Neutrality
12. An unjust law ought to be disobeyed
13. People subjected to Conversion Therapy ought to sue for damages
14. The United States ought to work towards breaking free from its economic dependence on China
15. Anarcho-Syndicalism is the only sustainable form of anarchy

That concludes this episode. Thank you for watching.

I've seen people say stuff like this, and I think it's kind of silly. Like, for example, let's assume that laws prohibiting Marijuana use are unjust. Am I morally obligated to break the law? I don't think so. I think all that happens when unjust laws are passed is that you're relieved of your moral obligation to follow the law

13. People subjected to Conversion Therapy ought to sue for damages
14. The United States ought to work towards breaking free from its economic dependence on China
15. Anarcho-Syndicalism is the only sustainable form of anarchy

That concludes this episode. Thank you for watching.

Wait how would the 14th amendment nullify anti drug laws?

I am not necessarily saying that I agree with the resolutions at hand.
However, I'd say that yes, an unjust law needs to be disobeyed. I don't know about a "moral obligation" to intentionally break the law, but rather that such a law should be ignored.

13. People subjected to Conversion Therapy ought to sue for damages

The 14th amendment says that states may not pass laws that deprive people of their rights. If you say that people have a "right" to smoke marijuana, then there you go.
