Dear Juggle,

In the course of your efforts to improve the site, you have recently implemented a new mobile version of the site. It may have been that your efforts were oriented towards optimizing DDO for mobile screens and tablets. This is a good objective to be engaged in, however the current site design is hostile to users.

Specifically, the mobile site fails to demonstrate alerts at all. Notifications do not come through. The design is bulky, awkward and frustrating to use. It will make many of the people who do use the site use the site less because of its hostile interface. You should model your mobile site after Amazon.com or something commensurate, so as not to frustrate your users and thereby decrease ad revenue.

Unfortunately they will never see this. They're like dictators: what says goes, and whatever anyone else says has no bearing. Maybe you could email them.
