(This is one of the few moments in which I am actually serious)

I've started a few debate challenges recently but few of them seem to be attracting any opponents. So I decided to post a few of them here :

THBT Japan should remove Article 9 of it's constitution: http://www.debate.org...

THBT Humans are not experiencing (nor under threat of) overpopulation: http://www.debate.org...

THBT Abu Bakr's election as Caliph was lawfully legitimate: http://www.debate.org...

THBT Religion was not the main cause for the Taiping Revolt:http://www.debate.org...

Disagree with you, but I likely know less about it than you and will likely lose

THBT Humans are not experiencing (nor under threat of) overpopulation: http://www.debate.org...
Agree with you

THBT Abu Bakr's election as Caliph was lawfully legitimate: http://www.debate.org...
I'm not a Muslim

THBT Religion was not the main cause for the Taiping Revolt:http://www.debate.org...
Agree with you

Would you be interested in this by any chance?

Sure, I just need to do a little more research on the topic though . But I think I could try.

Cool, thanks! I don't intend to start that debate for a while, so feel free to take your time to research and decide.

It's not "TBHT", it's "THBT" -- "This House Believes That", British parliamentary version of "Resolved".

I think it's pointless. It just takes up resolution space and distracts from the topic.

British parliamentary formal debate always begins like that, while American begins with "Resolved".

So does 'resolved', though.

I know. They're both pointless.
