Tied debates with no votes

I think that there should be distinction between tied debates with 10 votes ( for example 15:15 ) and debates with no votes on it.

No votes debates should not enter any statistic IMO or should have separate category named :"Unvoted" or something.

Or simply make that debate cannot end until at least one vote is cast ( after some time limit first vote would end the debate )

In this system, until debate does not end do not consider it tied.
