I cannot be the first person this has happened to. I am trying to vote on different subjects but I can't until I confirm my identity by giving me phone number. Problem is in the UK mobile phone numbers have 11 digits so I can't submit my phone number.

Anyone found a way round this? I emailed support and have heard nothing.

He got a friend in the US to confirm him.

I'm thinking of opening a business that sells confirmation to international members. Of course, Phil could adjust the system to allow for international texting (though I'm not familiar with how much this costs) and crush this idea, but I wouldn't mind.
