I have a secret recipe to wellness and strength.

1) Always acknowledge your weakness and strengths
2) Think positive
3) Never underestimate your own power.
4) Think ahead
5) Be courageous
6) Read
7) Focus
8) Practice discipline
9) Never tell a gossip a secret
10) Avoid foolish thoughts
11) Seek wisdom and knowledge always
12) Use time wisely as well
13) Be creative
14) Be unique
15) Be original
16) Recognize your potential
17) Capitalize on momentum
18) Always pay attention to details
19) Be kind to your enemies
20) Learn from your past mistakes in life
and correct your wrongs

Epsilon: There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero... never gets to see that ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.
