Thank you for all that signed up, this will be an awesome tournament. If you place bets on outcomes in the tournament (its alright, I've already made three), 5% of the placed money goes to the tournament host. If you place a bet behind my back and don't pay your tax, both partners will be booted from the tournament and Max will ban you from DDO. But now, without further ado:

The Pairings

Skepticalone vs. Harder

Wylted vs. KingofEverything

Hayd vs. Firewings

Solonkr vs. Bob13

Stefanwaal vs. bsh1

famousdebater vs. lannan13

Balacafa vs. Beginner

ShabShoral vs. EverlastingMoment

Once you see who you are playing you should friend them, and PM them immediately to arrange a good time when you can both spare 30 min-1 hr for a game.

We will be playing our matches over Chess.com [http://www.chess.com...] and we will be playing our games over the Live Chess feature. You will need to make an account (it"s free don"t worry) and friend your opponent. Once you are about to do the game, you will need to follow these instructions to start your match (it"s a bit tricky the first time so I made separate instructions in case you needed them.)

https://docs.google.com...

All participants will have a week and a half to complete their matches (Thursday of December 3rd) If by some crazy chance you haven"t completed your match by then, then the match will be forfeited and neither will move on. If your opponent has become inactive and/or will not respond to your attempts at communication, I will remove them from the tournament and you will move on.

If you have any questions about how to start your match, or about the tournament in general, feel free to PM me.

Decide with your opponent when to do your match, and how long (10 min per side/30 min per side [recommended], 60 min per side, etc.)

It would be really cool if both the participants could join a hangout to talk about the chess match with their while they are playing it, or maybe even in the DDO Hangout so we can all watch. (Would be the Official DDO Hangout Link)

Once you have completed your matches send a PM with me and both participants telling me who won, and both participants will have to verify this is true. If your opponent has become inactive, send me a PM, or if you have any concerns at all PM me. Good Luck!

I doubt Juggle would defend such communist heart-bleeding liberal ideals ... I'm taking this up with them.

I bet you Juggle doesn't even exist and their entire existence is just a giant troll project done by some epic old DDO troll.

But the majority of the site is liberal, 1% behind conservatives.

Great question. You can establish with your opponent what will happen if it's a stalemate. Maybe whoever has the best time, or play again til someone wins.

I won, because bsh was about to run out of time.

Ok, in the future PM me and bsh so that he can verify it.

Ah, that's too bad. You need to win one of these eventually.

I believe this to be foolish, and if Max endorses this, then he is making a mistake. You cannot limit a betting contract like this, also why would 5% go to you?...strange.

You've effectively started a gamble with under-aged kids included, and now you want to limit it with the threat of a ban. I find this all rather idiotic.

Well I find you rather idiotic and foolish.

1) Max did not publicly endorse this so you can stfu
2) 5% must go to me because of moral obligations, nationalism, and human decency.
3) All gambling with be performed in Indian Territories where 14 and younger are allowed to play.
4) A ban is the most effective measure in which to successfully enforce the tax.

You and your comment are pathetic.
