Since it's MLK day, I decided to reread his Letter from Birmingham Jail - you can find it here: http://www.uscrossier.org...

I forgot how fvcking awesome it is, easily one of the best pieces of rhetoric (in a positive sense) I've ever read. If you haven't read it before, I highly recommend it. Especially for anyone interested in the art of persuasion (as I imagine most DDOers are) - read it many times over. Today is a good day for this.

Read it in 10th grade as a reading assignment....

Loved it. It was the topic of many a lively classroom discussion, as well as a thorough paper regarding MLK's views and those of the opposition. Too bad the flash drive it was on went through the wash...
