To me documentaries are very fun to watch. I either feel greatly informed while watching something like manufacturing consent, or I am laughing my asss off at something stupid or completely ridiculous like an "Alex Jones Flick". My question to you people on debate.org, is what's your favorite documentary?

All good.

The Corporation is my all time favorite (hence meh profile pic) and Food Inc is pretty awesome too. Although Moore..... eh... I see him really as a "film maker/entertainer". Ever sense in 04' when he completely ditched Nader because of the bigoted democrat mentality from the results of the 2000 election ( Which during the time he fully supported Nader and publicized the phrase "vote your conscious".) Plus I also here he has a chit ton of stock in Halliburton... So idunno.. I really have been kinda steered away from his work. Although I do like "bowling for columbine".. despite the lack of a focal point.. You can't deny the allegations of his bullshitt editing... Hypocrite or not, I just don't take him serious.

No, it isn't. Anyways, I actually found Religulous pretty funny but that may be because I've grown thick skin.

Hey, isn't Paranormal Activity a documentary? :P

PCP has a point. How is that an oxymoron exactly?

As an atheist, I can honestly say crap like The God Delusion is propaganda. Maher's film was sort of propaganda-ish, but it was still pretty funny, IMO.

Also, what Matt and PCP said, Planet Earth rocks.

Manufacturing Consent
The shock doctrine

As for atheist propaganda, Religulous was pretty darn selective in some places, and just plain wrong in others (particularly the comparisons to Jesus of different gods), but Maher's always great for a laugh!

I like the sexual tension between Maher and the "ex-gay" pastor.
