Are there any active fascist members on debate.org, or members who are somewhat leaning towards fascism? And generally, what is the political leaning of this website?

I'm more in favor of Mussolini's style of fascism than Hitler's style of fascism. And Trump is definitely *far* from being an actual Fascist.

Most people on DDO and in the world for that matter who are fascist don't even know that they are. They tend to be completely unaware of their actions and the words that come out of their mouths. Your typical fascist's today are everything they claim to hate about fascism. They talk the talk, walk the walk, but are clueless and unaware that their talk and actions are text book fascism. Bernie Sanders supporters and other liberal types outside of Trump rallies threatening and beating people up is a perfect example. That is what the Nazi Hitler youth used to do. Pure fascism, unarguably.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

It shouldn't be surprising though.

Fascism, like conservatism or liberalism, is not a single point on the political scale. It is a broad range. Where do you fall in that range?

Those people may be using violence to push forward their views, but they're far from actual fascism. I highly doubt militant liberals and Sanders supporters actually support Fascist ideas. Bernie Sanders for one is in favor of complete free speech and lowering NSA surveillance, as well as reducing the amount of corporatism that exists in the United States. No Fascist would ever agree with any of this ideas, so these types of people are more leaning to somewhat authoritarian socialism.

Similar to Mussolini's fascism. I support using state power to influence society in positive ways, as well as a corporatist economic system.

Fascism might not be a single point in the scale, but I think you can easily define what truly is fascism based on certain movements in the past and (smaller) ones in the present.

Needless to say, fascism is probably the most poorly represented political structure because it is used as a derogatory term. I might be the closest to fascism, though I have not been on for almost a year so there may be closer.

True, I wish people would stop using it as an insult. I guess it's due to westerners being used to liberal democracies.

There's not alot of evidence suggesting a benevolent, patriotic dictator could possibly come to power in the USA.

That is what fascism is. Using the gun barrel of the state to shove the views of a few down everyone's throat. Who decides what's best for everyone, YOU? Some azzwipe that doesn't know their azz from their face?

I'd venture that most fascists do know the difference between their own arses and their faces. However, in any and every society where there is a randomness of people, the views of some will be forced upon the views of others. Whether it is fascism, democracy, a constitution, or even anarchy.

Society when left to itself will make bad decisions, which is why a few intelligent people in the government should influence and lead society. That's the main reason for me supporting political fascism.

Fascist's just kill themselves and take 20 or 30 millions poor saps with them when they do. There is no dialogue to be had with a fascist There is just genocide and world war. You just have to let them destroy the world and start over. Been that way since the dawn of time.
