None of them.

The current situation shows exactly why we can't have legitimate referenda initiated by any random member of the community.

1. If anyone can initiate a referendum, we will have a large number of referenda.
2. All of them may have different results.
3. The only legitimate referenda come from the community's elected representatives. Currently, this is the president, Wylted.

Regarding Airmax:

The presidency and moderation are completely different positions. Airmax will accept whoever is the president. Airmax has no authority to remove the presidency or refuse to accept a president. A good analogy is Airmax as a CEO and Wylted as a Union leader.

With that in mind, good job to everyone who made a point by creating multiple referenda. I think that makes it pretty clear that none of them are legitimate.

The presidency will remain for six months. After that, we'll have another election. If you favor abolition, vote bench at that time.

As a note, imabench is upset at losing the election and his supporters YYW and Mikal are upset as well. They will insist that theirs is the legitimate one. It's not.

Think I've clarified as much as possible. My job here is done. But the others who proved a point by making a mockery of the referenda are the real reason it was discredited.
