DDO is an American website and the US has many laws and policies regarding freedom of speech!

I can't even post polls about gore, nudity, or discrimination on this site without those polls being taken away!

This website and the moderators (a.k.a. pawns) on this website are anti-freedom and anti-speech! They are totalitarians who only care about themselves and do not want to help the DDO users in any way!

They will delete any poll that they feel is offensive, even if it's not offensive! The moderators are jokerators who do not take their job seriously at all.

Gore and nudity should be allowed to be posted and talked about on this website, as long as they are mild enough to suit the user-friendly atmosphere.

I'm tired of the moderators violating my right to freedom of speech just for their own personal and greedy beneficial gains!

I had to rant about that! Rant over!

Especially are there are MINORS on this site that legally cannot view nudity and may be upset at gore.

@Foodie, I strongly recommend that you read DDO's terms of service:

Will not upload, copy, distribute, share, or otherwise use Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, harmful, hateful, harassing, pornographic, threatening, racially or ethnically offensive, abusive, that would violate another person's rights, constitute or encourage a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or that is otherwise inappropriate.

The moderators are volunteers. They do not make money from deleting your polls.

Everything posted to this site are owned by Juggle, even your polls. If they don't care about it they can get rid of any aspect they want. If they felt like it they could delete half the users and wouldn't have to care, why? They own the site and they own your profile.

You didn't read the terms of use that you agreed to when you joined this site. Go start your own site and you can set your own terms of use. It's that simple. DDO is a privately owned company and you do not have a right to post what ever you want just like you cant tell all of the customers to go fuk themselves at work without getting fired. The terms of use are clear and you agreed to them before you posted anything on this site. You had a choice not to join. You are essentially acting like a childish fool using willful ignorance as your argument.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

If you think I will give up my rights and forsake social etiquette to make you "FEEL" better you are sadly mistaken

You can talk about gore. You can't post pictures of it because that's part of the terms of use, that you agreed to while signing up onto the site - if you didn't read the TOS, that's your fault.

America has laws prohibiting the GOVERNMENT from denying freedom of speech. The government hasn't deleted your polls, so your argument is invalid.

I'm glad the moderators delete that crap. Good job mods!
If that was the only issue, then vote moderation could be avoided more often, since a vote in which the voter does explain sufficiently how at least one point a debater made swung their vote, would be considered sufficient. -Airmax
