Why is this an option?

On the religious preferences section, you can select "Christian - Amish." But this begs the question: How can a truly Amish person access DDO and select Amish without going against their beliefs? In other words, any person who has the means to select "Amish" really isn't Amish at all.

The Amish were granted access to DDO in exchange for the ad-revenue they pay to Juggle to be able to advertise their butter on the site..... would be my guess

It is literally the central tenant of the Amish faith to not use modern technology and stay away from modern society -- they don't have the means to access the Internet. It would be like a Catholic saying the Pope is a putz who should be ignored -- and then they truly aren't Catholics.
