I would consider debating you, but to lump in corporate taxes and individual taxes (while using the figure $394,000 for 1% of corporations) is too complex.
Further, you'd have to define "loophole".
To win for you, you could just say: well, the rich shouldn't be able to deduct property taxes paid for their nine houses, therefore, I win.

I would suggest tax rate be the argument, not "net tax increase".

I also would be curious to know the purpose of this raise in taxes.
If it is to increase tax revenue, I'd be opposed as of this moment in time, but could lose due to a technicality hypothetical.
If it is on moral/equity grounds, then I'd be opposed to it, but would have different arguments.

I would, but I'm fourteen, and don't know taxes for crap. Lol just kidding. I know about taxes, but I stink in debating about them. That's why I never bring it up.
