I recently stumbled upon this video, and I verily agree with Ken Robinson.

What do you think?

I agreed with him on many points, particularly the divergent thinking point. However, I think that I'd like to hear specific solutions before I began evaluating them (ie. he talks about working together for growth, which is fine and dandy except for those who like to be lone wolves on tasks, like me) .

I definitely think that the idea of '1 answer' is a concept that should be eroded. I see a lot of people who can memorise sets of single answers but when asked to evaluate or analyse on the spot fall apart. Also, people can't think of unique ways to approach questions I find.

An example of a specific change is that of making standardised tests be scored by a different marking system. However, as I'm doing a debate soon on that I'm not showing my cards yet.
