As far as I've been in debate, I've loved the value of biopower. It's by far my favorite, but upon searching for a clear definition, I am unable to find one that matches the version i learned.

The way I was taught biopower was : An individual has a right to their body, it is their 'temple', and as such, no one has a right to do something against their wishes that involves their body. (basically)

Where did this definition come from, or am I confused on what biopower is?

thanks!!

It isn't about finding a theory, philosophy or doctrine and thinking it's the answer, but a practical application of one's experiences that is the answer.

Wow, you guys are so helpful...

The term biopower comes from the philosophy of Michel Foucault. http://en.wikipedia.org...

And Mew is by far the best Pokemon.

Kadabra is also legit, but it gets ugly when it evolves.
