That is insane. O.O I think it's intended to put you into a trance like state for meditation or something.

That is weird, it's not even funny weird, just...weird. It's actually not just weird but...odd weird. In fact it's not just odd weird, it's...strangely oddly weird. No rather, it's not just strangely oddly weird, it's...unsteadily, strangely oddly weird. Oh, will I sleep ever again?

It is an actual buddhist sermon chanted.

The language is mostly what makes it sound musical.

Which language is it? Do you know? I guessed Sanskrit at first, but realized that's Hinduism.

It is Sanskrit. The Lotus Sutra as well as all the other Buddhist Mahayana Sutras are in Sanskrit.

but realized that's Hinduism.

Nope. Sanskrit is also a language of Buddhism as well as Pali.

Absolutely.

Epsilon: There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero... never gets to see that ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.
