I decided to do my top ten favorite metal songs. Why? Because I can. And that's a lot easier than my top ten favorite songs of all time.

I chose the classics... The songs that remind me of the best times and the best moshpits. \m/

1. Cult by Slayer
2. Omerta by Lamb of God
3. Master of Puppets by Metallica
4. Painkiller by Judas Priest
5. Run To The Hills by Iron Maiden
6. Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth
7. Fvcking Hostile by Pantera
8. South of Heaven by Slayer
9. Laid To Rest by Lamb of God
10. Conquer All by Behemoth

Slayer and Lamb of God are my favorite bands EVER so they deserve more than one nomination. :P

Not my favorites but...

Awesomeness starts at 0:01

I've only covered four or five bands I'll post more latter.

I could never narrow down favorites. There's too many great genres, too many great bands, too many great songs for me to ever narrow that down.

I can do a random MP3 shuffle of the first 10 songs:
"Have you ever considered suicide? If not, please do." -- Mouthwash (to Inferno)

I feel that a top song should be a shaking and direct movement of consciousness, so I think a person has the ability to make a smaller list (top 5) with a constantly changing list that speaks to the emotions a person is going through in the exact moment in their lives (top 5 changing songs).
