Watch it. One of the best movies about sacrifice for the greater good. You will shed manly tears.

Ty, will avoid like the plague due to your description.
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.

'Tis not politically charged. It's about one man doing personal charity and avoiding government objections to his objectivist goals. It's really good. Get it. Nao. Rent it. Download it. Just watch it.

I've seen it. Predictable plot but great work by Rosario Dawson. It's worth a rent =D

The first 20 minutes paint a pretty clear picture. By the time you see his pet, you've got it haha. The title is also a spoiler if you know what it is referring to.

Not really. The 7 bit, yes. But the first 20 minutes? No.

I don't know...depression, responsibility, the disabled, wanting to help. After the aquarium scene, it's obvious he's not talking tax breaks haha.

But you obviously didn't realise his ultimate goal after the first 30 minutes, did you? I thought he was improving peoples lives, but not in that way.

Also, spoiler from now on if you are revealing the plot details.

*Minor Spoilers Warning*

I wasn't sure until we see his pet. Before that, it's more of a "that boy ain't right" feeling.

I guess I'm just slow. I didn't even see the ultimate function of his pet until it happened.

And thanks for ruining it, John.

7 pounds of flesh is familiar to Shakespeare fans and yea, I got it after about 30 minutes. I did not ruin it for my friends watching though. OK movie, but predictable.
