I'm very excited. I very rarely see movies in theaters these days, but this is one I've been looking forward to.

It seems like the kind of movie that the base of DDO would like. It's serious, yet the basic premise is hysterical beyond belief. My wife watch, jaw dropped (at just the preview) saying "are you kidding me?!".

Does anyone else know of any movies that have a funny premise but are completely serious?

Does Sucker Punch qualify?

Also, replace Lincoln with Van Helsing and I would be the first in line.

Eh, "out there" things like super hero movies don't count. I mean premises that are meant to be humorous without the movie actually being a comedy.
