I went back five pages and haven't seen one of these threads. One used to pop every month or so.

Anyway, I really enjoyed these threads, it not only gives us a chance to check out new music we might not have considered before but it's cool to see you might have something in common with your polar opposite.

For those that haven't seen this just shuffle the songs on your music player and post em here. First ten or so, I've got thousands.

Back: Colt Ford
I need you: Lynyrd Skynyrd
Beast of Burden: Stones
Tangled Up in You: Staind
The Joker: Steven Miller Band
Hurt: Johny Cash
Good Riddance: Green Day
Kashmir: Zeppelin
Not everyone likes us: Hank III
Lay em down: Need to Breathe

I never could into Puddle of Mud, just to "busy" for me to stay focused on. Curtis Loew, all time favorite, pretty much have every single song Skynyrd has ever done.

Smooth Criminal!! I forgot about that one. I never liked it enough to buy their album back in the day but I might get it now.

Mama tried is also a great song, I personally identify with that song.

I'll have to check out saving abel and weezer. I think I have heard weezer before, thanks for posting.

I went through your list, I didn't find anything I will get. The Ali guy was pretty good, I liked it. I'm just not a big rap or punk (what ever you call that) kind of guy. I like some rap, mainly older stuff though. From my day. Gin and Juice, today was a good day, bone thugs harmony. But I didn't really like it enough to buy it. Mainly heard it when partying in the projects back in the day. I like some of eminems stuff, recent. Soldier and I love the way you lie. The last one reminds me of the girl I dated before my wife.

I guess my biggest issue with the heavier rock you posted is I can't understand what they are saying. To fast and loud. I'm getting old and higher pitched sounds just run together for me.

Thanks for posting.

All of Daughtry's Songs sound the same, it was a middle school faze for a bunch of girls at my middle school. As soon as high school came around everyone forgot about them.
