01. Lost
02. Dexter
03. The Sopranos
04. Six Feet Under
05. Mad Men
06. Family Guy
07. The L Word
08. Homeland
09. Weeds
10. Sex and the City

Yes, The L Word might seem biased, but I thought about it and I genuinely believe it's a better show than others I could have put on the list instead. As for SATC, yes it's girly, but it appeals to half the population and I happen to think the show is really witty, clever and inspirational. It makes me laugh and I really enjoy it despite it not being a crazy drama or anything.

I've never seen Game of Thrones or Community, and I stopped watching Breaking Bad before it got good but I wanna get back into it. The same goes for The Wire. I also liked the first season of 24 (that's the only one I watched). House deserves an honorable mention, but the plot can be kind of repetitive so yeah.

The Walking Dead and True Blood are recent "cult TV" classics that I haven't gotten into (I'm not really into zombies and other fantasy but I might give it a shot). It's Always Sunny and Modern Family can be pretty funny, but I'm not a big fan of sitcoms.

Also, I should mention that even though I do really enjoy Homeland, a part of me can't help but think it's kind of overrated (to be fair, I still have to watch the last 4 episodes of Season 2 which I heard were awesome). As for Weeds, only the first few seasons were good. I'll have to come back to this X)

Soo... I'm really not that into dramatic shows for the most part. They often just come off as corny and/or dragging on for the sake of it-even the ones I really like. And my list is missing commonly held "favorite" shows because I have no interest in seeing them. I have however watched Weeds and Breaking Bad. Yeah, they're not on my list. Worth watching.. but not a favorite.. If it weren't shows in this decade only, I'd list Twin Peaks... That show rules.

Mad Men
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Peep Show
Firefly
Parks and Recreation
Arrested Development
Battlestar Galactica
Dexter
Does South Park count? Cause it's still awesome.

I watched a few episodes of Queer as Folk but never really got into it. I mean the gratuitous amount of gay sex scenes was all fine and dandy but plot-wise it seemed flat.

Modern Family is definitely one of the greatest shows of the decade. The first couple of seasons of the Big Bang Theory might have been on my list too.

The gratuitous amount of gay sex scenes -or the generally gratuitous amount of sex scenes in most of Showtime's productions- almost serve to detract from the plot development. That said, I thought that while the first season was kind of slow, the second season really picked up. By the third season, it was quite good. The UK version of Queer as Folk (available on Netflix) was as campy and weak as it was fantastically awful. The US version on Showtime took a little while for the writers to settle in, but once they figured out what direction they wanted to take the show (third season) it made even the first two seasons worth watching.

I don't really watch much TV and have not seen one episode of any show mentioned except maybe family guy and Southpark. But I have watched Sherlock(the BBC version) and have to say I really loved the show. Season 2 ending had to be one of the best endings for a show/movie ever.

I love Everybody Loves Raymond! I could watch each episode over and over. The crew are very good actors and very funny.

I also like Law and Order: SVU, Conspiracy Theory with Jessie Ventura, Too Cute, and America's Funniest Home Videos.

1. Leverage
2. Psych
3. Walking Dead
4. Sherlock Holmes (BBC)
5. Family Guy
6. The Simpsons

That's all I can think of right now. Leverage is a lesser known show which has one of the most intricate plots that I've ever seen. Psych is a great detective show that everyone enjoys and is a very popular show which is currently renewing for a Season 8. The Walking Dead is probably the best zombie show which features good plots (not so much for Season 1) and interesting personalities. The TV show Sherlock Holmes is probably my favorite portrayal of Sherlock Holmes. Family Guy and The Simpsons are the best comedic animation there will ever be. That's my list.
