Epsilon: There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero... never gets to see that ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.

In no particular order:

1. Hikaru no Go
2. The 10th Kingdom (mini-series)
3. Death Note
4. Game of Thrones (ongoing...)
5. Monk
6. Fullmetal Alchemist
7. Avatar the Last Airbender
8. Futurama
9. Kenan & Kel (nostalgia may or may not be playing a major role in this inclusion)
10. The Walking Dead (though I found myself wholly uninvested in the first season, it got better and just kept getting better; also ongoing...)

Fun fact: if not for two of the shows on that list, I likely would have never met my life's love.

I may seem like a slightly unusual teenager:

1. Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister
2. Star Trek: The Next Generation
3. Babylon 5
4. Avatar: The Last Airbender (add as well The Legend of Korra)

I don't actually watch very much TV at all though.

As far as animes go, I particularly love Code Geass, Sword Art Online, and Cowboy Beebop.

Definitely Breaking Bad, then Stossel.

1. Modern Family
2. House Hunters (and its variants)
3. Propery Virgins
4. The Bachelor(ette)

I don't really watch TV and when I do, it's on Demand. I haven't watched any TV (except Lost, online) in over a week now and that's normal for me. Maikuru got me started on Lost, which is quickly becoming one of my favourite shows (no spoilers!!).

Modern Family (and now Lost) is the only show I really look forward to watching new episodes.

I sincerely think Burn Notice is perhaps the best show that the United States has come up with in ages. It's a 10/10, which is nearly impossible from me.

It's brilliant satire, however coarse it may be. In my experience most of the people who hate it either haven't really seen it, or failed to understand it. They're the modern day equivalent of those who denounced Swift for advocating the consumption of infants.

30 Rock is the worst show I have ever seen. I pretty much hate every character, and the humor is just stupid. Tracy Morgan is the worst, even his stand-up sucks.

I'll be curious to hear your reaction to the end once you finish the show. I think I'm either still in a state of shock or I think it was about as good an ending as one could hope for.

Modern Family (and now Lost) is the only show I really look forward to watching new episodes.

Lost
Doctor Who
Breaking Bad
Shameless
Arrested Development
Dexter
Mad Men
Sherlock

They're all great and disappointing in their own way with the possible exception of Arrested Development which I maintain was (haven't seen the new season yet) the perfect comedy. I only hope the new season and movie don't ruin that.
