...was a terrible movie.

I ordinarily like Michael Douglass and Matt Damon, but this was just a depressing movie to watch. People behaving self destructively, situations going from bad to worse to even worse, and a generally terrible ending. I can imagine it was tough to be a gay celebrity in the 1960s-1980s, but that doesn't mean one has to be a contemptible person -as Lee Baracci apparently was portrayed to be. Good drama? I guess. Good movie? No.

I expected it to be worth watching. Its on HBO... and it was terrible. I regret that I could have spent that time watching reruns of Vice.
