Anyone here watch it? What did you think?

I liked the book better, because it called the events into question more as possible psychotic break....the realtor and the guy he "killed" who came back made more impact to me as making the events fantastical.

I haven't read the book but the movie IMHO was a masterpiece. It's probably a bit too camp to get "esteemed recognition", but the satire was spot on. From what I remember of the documentary notes, the director tried to incorporate what you're talking about...they did multiple takes especially with Willem Dafoe with different expressions and implications in his speech and mannerisms to suggest that all of his trauma was in Bateman's mind and not in reality.

That role defined Christian Bale. Every time I see Christian Bale in a movie I think about him axing Paul Allen and going to Dorsia's, lol.

Oh, yeah, I do like the movie, hope it didn't seem otherwise (I'm on an iPad and very defensive and upset about it since my computer died)
