out of all the Batman polls, he has always won. So far (that I can remember) he beats Superman, Green Lantern, Wolverine, Spider man.

Batman may lose a few battles every now and then but he always wins the war.

But as far as him losing a battle to someone, here is one of him losing to deathstroke.

Nobody beats Batman. The only person who even could do so is Bob Kane, and he's dead.

Yes but my point is Bane did defeat Batman which shows he is one of the few capable. Not to say that Bats won't find a way to exact vengeance and plant his face in the ground.

There are many characters in the DC universe that could and have defeated batman. Many have already posted that Bane has defeated batman by breaking his back. In the blackest night series batman was killed by Darkseid's omega beams. Those are the people that have defeated batman. As for people that could the list really is endless. The use of word "can" really makes it hard to argue because there are so many that can defeat batman. I would be able to list tons of characters who would be able to beat batman. In my opinion so many of the reasons batman wins against so many characters is because if the writers allowed him to lose he would just be the man on the team without any powers.

False. Darkseid's omega beams simply blasted Batman back through time, causing him to become different Batmen in each time era. He had to slowly move forward through the past, and made it back to the present.

Who can defeat Batman?

Any one of the Watchmen could, but Batman would still have the moral high ground.

Spawn
Epsilon: There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero... never gets to see that ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.

It's silly that Batman wins all these stupid polls. Batman would get stomped by the majority of Superheroes given equal preparation time. Unless Batman gets a disproportionately large prep time compared to others, he should lose.

But he is popular.. so he won't ever lose.
