You should listen to your school friends. The show is awesome.

It's a no-holds-barred, fun-for-the-sake-of-it kinda of show, wrapped around some reasonable story telling for what it aims for.

You should rend a DVD, pirate it, or something. You're missing out.

I tuned in for a few episodes because the humor seemed right up my alley. It wasn't for me, though. The characters just felt off, which really took me out of it. Still, I'm surprised there aren't more fans here since it's so popular.

In my opinion, the characters feeling off is a positive. The writers of the show are playing with absurd nonsense, and then making you care for the nonsense.

Still, I'm surprised there aren't more fans here since it's so popular.

Me, too.

I absolutely love Glee. They go right in for political incorrectness, much like King of the Hill, which I also happen to love. It's not only politically incorrect, but I find the jokes to be unoffensive, unlike Family Guy can be. It's a little predictable in terms of plot, but the numbers are often really good and overall it is one of my favourite shows (coming from someone who hasn't watched TV since Glee stopped airing).

They're currently showing reruns on Wednesdays, just to let you know.
