How was "Pulp Fiction" not NC-17

There wasn't any peadoohilia in Pulp Fiction. That being said, I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that the MPAA is mostly BS.

It contained almost no sexually explicit material. That's pretty much all the MPAA cares about because they're a bunch of anuses.
