That's probably my favorite scene in the entire movie.

If you're even implying that kill bill even is in the same ballpark your opinion is no longer valid.

Pulp Fiction was great, but I prefer Reservoir Dogs.

Yes it is.

"The hitman Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) frequently quotes "Ezekiel 25:17" in "Pulp Fiction," but in fact he has greatly altered the Bible passage. The actual passage says:

"And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them."

Here's what Jules says, adding bits from the 23rd Psalm and his own rhetoric:

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides with the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon those with great vengeance and with furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know that my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

Both quentin tarantino movies. Both bloody and gory. Both sick sense of humor.
I'd say they are in the same ball park, as well as most of quentins movies.
=valid opinion.

Touché.

To be fair, I was kind of wrong to say "so not in the bible" as it seems most of it is in there somewhere.

I just remember being geeky enough to look the Ezekiel passage up when the film first came out and finding most of it totally different.

Yeah, the last line of the passage is mostly the same as Ezekiel 25:17, but the rest of it is mostly paraphrased from other random parts of the bible.

LOL hardly

Both sick sense of humor.

Kill Bill hardly is something that anyone would call funny. It's a crappy movie.

I'd say they are in the same ball park, as well as most of quentins movies.

Incorrect, Kill Bill was a crappy movie, Pulp Fiction was a great movie. They're not even in the same ballpark.

Yeah, I didn't think much of Kill Bill either. Pulp fiction was class though. Good Fellas was on tv the last night actually. That's a class movie.

Kill Bill is trash IMO. I can't stand the music or the generic feel of it. I'll post the only good scene when I get home from class.

I agree. Kill Bill SUCKS and is nowhere near as good as Pulp Fiction. I do think that PF can be overrated, but to say that Kill Bill is in the same ballpark is just silly.

My first thought of favorite scene jumped to this one. PF is definitely a film that I can't help watching if its on. Great, clever dialogue.
