This summer I (along with two other people) will be directing a paranormal type horror movie to send into a few film festivals. However we have hit a snag in coming up with a plot line.

So I come for your help, anybody have any ideas? Would be greatly appreciated.

Also if you wish to be in the movie let me know, or if you would like to do anything with it just let me know. We can use all the help we can get.

Certainly creative. Well, you don't wanna become cliche by any rate. Have your characters representing things in a metaphorical sense. Make clever use of words Such as the fact Joker uses victim when being interrogated in the Dark Knight)

What's cliche is a bunch of kids heading to a log cabin for spring break. Avoid. Try and utilise the river in a a creative way. Perhaps the paranormal creatures\entities are afraid of water? Perhaps it kills them? Perhaps it's where they reside.

Try and utilise your characters as said before. Try and avoid the worn out classics of leader, person who challenges leader, scared posh blonde girl, etc.
Pizza. I have enormous respect for Pizza.

Do what paranormal activity did. Make stuff move by unnatural forces and then someone gets haunted and possessed and do things that they normally don't, then make some more stuff move, then kill the characters off and say they've never been found.

Do not watch Paranormal Activity. It's so f*cking... bad. It bills itself as a realistic horror, but I found nothing good about it.

Did you see it in theaters?

And if you think paranormal activity was bad... try watching paranormal entity.
