Ever wondered why your parents hate(d) when you watch(ed) WordGirl?

Warning: All this is suitable for children under 13 as well, so long as they're accompanied by an adult.

1. Becky/WordGirl shocked her elder by squeezing his neck. http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net...

2. It featured Grandma, er, "Gram," whom had reaction issues worse than all Degrassi episodes combined. http://www.ew.com...

3. Huggy ate this oversized sandwich without< cutting into pieces. http://www-tc.pbs.org...

4. Did Huggy sexually stare at WordGirl's buttocks? http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net...

5. Did Huggy punch your little sibling in the face (or what)? Aw poor baby... http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net...

6. What the heck? http://i.ytimg.com...

7. Tobey and WordGirl act more like high schoolers. Well, this pretty much says it all. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...

I remember this show and I liked it. I don't think my parents ever saw the show, however.

If i asked my parents right now if they hate "WordGirl" they would probably say they don't even know what it is. If i asked the kids at my elementary school what "WordGirl" is they wouldn't know either because kids today don't watch PBS. They watch Disney or Nick
