So, I'm kind of a girly girl, but I still like it. There's a lot of wit and humor that breaks up the fighting and the explosions. Maybe I'll watch the other Avengers movies.

I hate the 3D glasses.

I liked when the mind control girl decided to be an avenger.

That was a great scene. My personal favorite was the Hulkbuster fight (Hulk should've won though.) And I agree about the 3D glasses.

Is that the one between Iron man and the Hulk?

Yeah, they are awful, especially since I have to wear them over my regular glasses.

My one problem with the film was that the pacing was off, leading to Ultron and the twins to be under-developed as characters.

I have some predictions for why they got there powers (besides the fact that their powers were activated by Loki's Sceptre.) but I wish the film had outright told us the cause of their powers, as it seems like there is something more to that than they are saying.

My one problem with the film was that the pacing was off, leading to Ultron and the twins to be under-developed as characters.

Well, they did do a little for the twins, but you are right it would have been great to develop them more.
I have some predictions for why they got there powers (besides the fact that their powers were activated by Loki's Sceptre.) but I wish the film had outright told us the cause of their powers, as it seems like there is something more to that than they are saying.

That's a good point. I like where that lady said of them: "In short, he's fast and she's weird."
Meh. I guess it's just my comic-book nerd OCD kicking in, LOL.

Lol. This is the first Avengers movie I've seen, so I don't know much about it.

I have the same problem, plus the 3D glasses give me headaches.

I liked when the mind control girl decided to be an avenger.

That was a great scene. My personal favorite was the Hulkbuster fight (Hulk should've won though.) And I agree about the 3D glasses.

You know the twins are scarlet witch and quicksilver

The Elder God Chthon altered Wanda(scarlet witch) at birth and gave her the ability to use magic in addition to her mutant abilities, planning to use her as a vessel when her powers reached maturity.

It's cool, but at the same time it's stupid. I mean, the world entrusts its fate to a strong guy with a blue suit and a shield, a guy in an exosuit, a Norse god, a huge green guy, an archer, a former Soviet spy, a girl with mind manipulation powers, a guy who can run fast, and a superman-esque red guy? It's bizarre, frankly. And also, the "valiant warriors of physical combat" way of fighting absolutely does not reflect modern military realities.

I enjoyed it, but I thought it was just alright. I'd say it's a good movie to watch, if you're not paying $13 for it.

The whole Hulk x Black Widow was kind of weird. That moment with Vision & Scarlet Witch was nice though, since it's actually canon.

I wonder how it would've turned out, if they had Ant-man in the movie, since he's the one who actually made Ultron.

Lastly, did they make Quiksilver slower or something, just for the sake of killing him off? I felt that he showed enough speed in the movie to not be shot by all those guns.

But it was just really sad! Despite the Avengers not liking him, he still sacrificed himself to save Katniss, and it was just really beautiful. At least they accepted his twin Hermione in after.
