In a recent blitz of movie piracy, I downloaded a whole heap of movies. Including The Monster Squad. When I was young, I remember a video library around the corner (back in the days of VHS and Sega Mega Drive) with an awesome collection of movies. The Monster Squad sticks in my mind because I remember trying to hire it (for the umpteenth time) once without an adult and being knocked back (It was rated M!). Anyway, I've downloaded it (Totally legally of course ^_-) and it got me thinking:
What movies do you remember from your younger days that other people have never heard of?

I wouldn't really call it obscure, but Brave Little Toaster comes to mind.

You would.

Hmm...I remember seeing Little Mermaid in theaters.

I saw Toy Story on ice. Not that it counts though. XD Um Land Before Time I guess.

This is semi-serious btw. It's something that seems strange to me. You'd think that entire species would cease to exist if other ones evolved from them."

I just looked that movie up. It looks awesome.
Why would he have to have a messed up childhood to watch it?

Paper Tiger...

Even now I love to shout Mr Bradbury! Mr Bradbury! In a terrible asian accent.

Brings a tear to my eye... <sniff>
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

LMAO! I didn't watch it THAT young. It came out when I was like 9 and I first saw it on TV, maybe when I was 12?

Who else remembers Rocky, Colt and Tum Tum? :) :) :)

Also: Troop Beverly Hills and Tiny Toons - How I Spent My Summer Vacation were great too.

I always viewed Tiny Toons as a cheap rip-off of Loony Toons so I never liked it much.

I fuggin hate Looney Toons. That was the only TT I watched. I was not a huge fan of cartoons as a kid. I thought they were pretty stupid but I did enjoy that movie :P
