The title says it all. Here's my collection of anime (http://img547.imageshack.us...) and I can't decide what to watch next. Any suggestions?

GITS = Ghost in the Shell.

Trigun's nice.

Now that you mention it, I'm already about 5 episodes into Trigun due to complications from episodes of Code Geass I had to re-download, so I guess I'll finish watching that.

I'd still like some other suggestions for after Trigun.

I don't watch anime anymore and I was never really that into it, but I did used to watch Fullmetal Alchemist. I don't know if that's viewed as a crappy anime by people who are into that stuff or not, but yeah. I thought it had an interesting story with a few twists here and there. I also thought the concept of alchemy and how certain characters were literally able to use their environment to their advantage was pretty cool. I don't really have anything to compare it to though, so whatever. :)

You should try Last Exile, Appleseed, and it's sequel, Appleseed Ex Machina.

Last Exile has an epic story, lost of steampunk airships, and well-made characters. The animation is a mixture of 2d and 3d; really well done, IMHO.

Appleseed and Appleseed Ex Machina are futuristic war stories, with some mecha elements.

@Chrys and Denote:

There's a list in the OP that shows what my options are...

I'm not really into anime despite my location but I didn't see Cowboy Bebop on your list...also are you willing to watch subbed anime? 'Cuz I know of a ton that I'm not sure have been done in English.

Samurai Champloo looks interesting. I know nothing about it, just chose one randomly.

Ah, so nothing else is an option for you? O.o

Ok, that makes a difference.

The ones crossed off are the one's Ive watched already.

And yeah, those are what I'm currently restricted to since streaming isn't an option (really horrible internet) and there's only about 3 GB left on my HD.

Of those on your list, I've had Escaflowne recommended to me, though I've not personally gotten to watch it. Sounded really good, though.

I'm going to download FLCL. I seem to remember it was hilarious...

Manly anime. Not all anime is ruled by gay wad weaboos.

Dragonball Z is manly. Kicks Narutards in the face.

Akira is manly. It's a movie, but a damn good one with hulking building size aborted fetuses attacking New York.

Death Note is manly. Meglomaniac dictatorial serial killer with magic book versus the super genius autistic neoconservatives who just say screw civil rights.

I enjoyed reading this suggestion. Most of my collection is manly anime.

I have never really heard the term "manly anime" before, but I suppose its what I would like (I like the not gay ones)

I did not see Soul Eater on the list.
Nor did I see FMA.
FLCL was epic.
I remember GaoGaiGar being cool (because of the one scene I watched of it.)

So far the order is:

Trigun
Samurai Champloo
Ergo Proxy
Darker Than Black

Probably won't need suggestions for a while.

Wow.

I don't know what your opinion on Cowboy Bebop was. If you thought it was a good use of your time, listen to everyone else.

If you're an elitist I am, and had about 100 problems with Cowboy Beboop, you should watch Ghost in the Shell movies (not the anime series, donno which you have). I also recommend "paranoia agent" and "now and then, here and there" (terrible title).

Just depends what you're looking for. Mindless entertainment does not entertain me. Up to you though.

My opinion mirrors that of most of the rest of the anime communitys'. I.e. it was one of, if not the, greatest series I've ever seen. On top of that Radical Edward is my favorite character of all time.

I respect your right to your opinion. Although, I don't know how you could find that many things wrong that wouldn't be completely subjective.

I've seen The GITS movie and GITS: Innocence. Did not like Innocence (not enough Major) and I have Solid State Society.
