Would anyone want to have a go at one? It'd essentially be everyone-does-what-they-want-within-reason, and when anyone does anything stupid participants can say "fck no you're not becoming king of Denmark after finding a piece of chicken on the ground". Essentially, people get to do better (and eventually die) the better their writing is. So if someone goes:

"I found a massive gunn on the gr0nd"

They get to be killed by a random zombie after falling off their ego onto the realisation of how bad their writing is. By contrast, if someone writes the next literary masterpiece, they may away with killing a couple zombies.

Simples, right?

Haven't we already tried this and realized how bad it got?

This was because we had lannan13 running it, and it was a stupid attempt. It was a zombie world in the future after a nuclear holocaust set in the 20th century in world war 2 with futuristic weapons in the civil war when robots enslaved humanity in a Utopian anarchist revolution where you need to depose the king and win a bag of pretzels from the phoenix.

This would start off with a lot more structure, but eventually devolve to each player as the game goes on. See RPs on other sites.

I get the general concept of RPs, but I believe CalvinCambridge or something like that tried it and it just didn't work.

Whoops, I meant CalvinCambridge, not lannan in the original. But all the ones I've seen are completely devoid of structure, or they were actually quite good (the Thaddeus one for example)

True.
Idk, still a little iffy on the whole concept given the experiences of what has gone on here and on other site's I've participated in. Still, if you can get it running well, I may join in sooner or later.

That's an example of a developing one. There's others on the site. Usually zombie ones work quite well as they're quite straight forwards.

A sign-up works essentially that you can put your name down and say what your character will be like that can be stuck to. At least, somewhat stuck to.

This would be cool, it does not take much to participate. :P And normally how it works is one person simply controls the zombies and everyone else "runs" for their lives xD

it just keeps going and going and going until people get bored.

That's an example of one that was active for a while and started trailing off. I was involved near the end xD

xD Developing is putting it lightly.

You can either be a soldier, or a masterchief fanfic person with a bit of gun training (who said HALO 3 didn't help people out?)

Essentially, it'd work so no, you can't be a futuristic uber-killer from the future, but yes, you can be a fanfic player. No, you can't be able to kill fifty men with a spoon and a potato, but yes, you can be a soldier.

For one, MC could kill 50 men with his pinky.

And two, hmm.....(starts thinking of what to do)
