OK. As a 15 year old I'm wondering whether or not I should purchase a Wii U.

Facts to know:

My most played game would probably be SSB4, but I'd also do Mario Kart 8 or something like that. But I WOULD be using it frequently.

The bundle is 300 dollars, and includes the 32gb version, New Super Mario World, and Miiverse. I'll be paying for this with my own money.

I currently have a Wii, but it's relatively old (like made in 2009 old)

Many of my other friends have a Wii U.

Based on the above, what would you guys say? (I could provide some other info if needed)

I don't particularly like the Wii, so I have little interest in the Wii U.
I'd say buying a system for a handful of games is not worth $300, unless you are a collector.

I'm considering getting one for Super Smash, Mario Kart, and Super Mario, but that's it. It will surely collect dust eventually, so I'll wait until the price drops.

There are quite a few games coming out this year, or projected.

Splatoon, Kirby's game, Yoshi's game, Xenoblade X, Devils third, There is also Hyrule Warriors and Bayonetta that are out. Sm4sh is a disappointment

Yes. It is absolutely worth it. I bought a Wii U last year and I've bought more games for it than I have any console in years. There are literally dozens of good, exclusive games for it while the other consoles only have a few at best. It's very good value for the price.
