Vegan diets exclude any product derived from an animal. Animal body parts are excluded. Additionally, products derived from animals, like milk and eggs, are excluded. No plant based food is exclude; so french fries are acceptable to vegans as long as they are not cooked in something derived from an animal.

There are obvious health benefits to excluding animal foods from ones diet (lower cholesterol, lower saturated fat, fewer calories). Since vegan diets derive more calories from plant based foods they are higher in fiber, phytochemical and vitamins.

I should have noted that chocolate is plant based so it is considered vegan as long as it isn't mixed with an animal product like milk.

You can blow the person, you just can't eat their remains.

Chocolate usually includes lecithin, which can be derived either from eggs or from soy beans. Nowadays its usually from soy, but there is no telling for sure from the ingredients list.

I debated vbaculum on the relative health benefits of a vegan diet. http://www.debate.org... It's no healthier than a burger and fries diet unless the vegan keeps careful track of consumed nutrients; doing that can make it healthier. Every essential nutrient is in vegetables. More amazing, Eskimos achieve good health from their basic whale blubber diet. Humans are versatile.

A vegan diet denotes the removal of any animal (carnal) derived substances. It is that simple.

No, it won't exclude French fries, and also not burgers if the bun doesn't have egg in it.

Having Vegan diet is really good, although quite hard for those who had been Non-Vegan in life.

Sticking to Vegan diet has proved to help the follower of the diet live linger than his or her counterparts.

Technically, our digestive system don't have to work uselessly to digest the harder to digest animal products. And because our digesting capacity lasts longer, we are expected to last longer.

you exclude everything that once had feelings or was part of someone that had feelings. it means no meet products, no eggs and no dairy products.
