If you can find anything that is more productive and healthy for the human body
then please let me know. But we have so many substitutues now. There is nothing
better than the real thing. And you do not need anything synthetic going into
your body in the first place. Do you agree ? Fruits and veggies is natures best
weapon.

Fruits and veggies are borderline worthless. For example, Bananas have potassium? Really? A large banana has 25% of your RDV potassium. Wow so much potassium better not overdose! http://nutritiondata.self.com...

Design a diet that gets micronutrients from fruits and veggies, and I'll show you a diet that will cause morbid obesity.

Also, interrogator you are a troll and a retard. You should kill yourself.

Fruits in its natural state have more health benefits than any other food on earth.
Especially the ones grown up in the mountain areas of Asia.
Veggies are food grown from the heart of the Earth. This is why they have so
many essential nutrients. Go figure.

Opinion: Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and natural organic animal by-product (milk). That is my choice for diet. I feel that it is the best combination as I still get my protein from the milk. Overall though, a diet of fruits, vegetables, and nuts is probably the healthiest. I have been doing a lot of research on this subject lately actually. I find the "Fruitarian" detox diet very interesting. I will be trying this detox soon.

Tiel. Good to see you my friend. As you know I WILL be leaving this forum today.
I will be back soon to debate more. You are a wise soul and you are a very
spiritual person. You have been enlightened. This is why I have so much respect
and admiration for you. I know it is not in you to follow the crowd or become
a commodity. So I will ask that you continue to follow your own path. And
never fall victim to excess or things superficial.

Nuts are also very high it protein. Also, if you are eating beans then you are getting a lot of protein from them as well. Lentils and soybeans are the best for protein. Milk is unnecessary fat.

Vbac. Yes you are correct. Americans need to eat more beans and less
meat. These processed foods and corn syrup is killing our country daily.
There is no substitute for the real thing. I wish they sold Goadgy berries in
grocery stores. And made it the fruit of choice. People would not give way to
so many sicknesses and diseases.

Hell no! Fruit and vegetables are part of the statist conspiracy. Seriously google nearly any world leader and it won't take very long to find a picture of them posing for a picture with fruit. Fruit is evil!

Only an evil vegetarian would say that! I have concrete proof that the vegetarians have a murderous conspiracy to depose our current illuminati leaders and replace them with more evil vegetarian ones.

Shhh. I'm with you guys. I'm typing this very quietlly so the others can't hear, but I am a high ranking member of the illuminati. I'm infiltrating a bunch of anarchists to try and keep them unaware of us.

Being a vegetarian, Milk is a must for me to get my optimum level of calcium.

There are dozens of non-dairy, plant-based sources of calcium (http://www.health.gov...). Why not rely on these sources for calcium.

Dairy is riddled with problems including high saturated fat content, and links to ovarian and prostate cancer. It's been demonstrated definitively not to lower the risk of osteoporosis as was once thought. Its high fat content increases the risk of heart disease. (http://www.hsph.harvard.edu...).

Not only is it unnecessary, it's injurious to ones health.

What if it's skim milk? That doesn't have any fat, but would it still cause cancer?

The elevated cancer risk is assumed to be due to lactose and the excessive calcium intake associated with dairy products.

Fresh fruits and vegetables in raw form or in salad or juices form are the best foods for the weight loss purposes during the summer season.
Drink citrus fruits juices at morning with empty stomach, eat fruits & vegetables salads in lunch, and take green vegetables soups in dinner for the fast weight loss.
