they also found that you live longer if you are on the brink of starvation all the time.

However i personally would rather die a few years sooner.

You can adopt intermittent fasting and get the same benefits. http://www.leangains.com... I believe it is a superior weight loss strategy for everyone except elite bodybuilders. Its successfully employed by natural contestants all around the word.

I haven't tried it personally. I'm grinding through the mind numbingly stupid conventional "broscience" diet because I want to experience it. It gives me an idea about my partitioning genetics which is invaluable. But I digress...

Intermittent Fasting should probably be followed by 80% of the First World who do not perform daylabor. Boost cognitive function since fasting upregulates nervous system output. I'm going to do it when I go back to school.
