Variables that contribute to health.

What contributes to health?

Exercise, nutrition, sleep, dental hygiene/all hygiene, lack of stress, lack of pollution, correct amount of sunlight, not having parasites/diseases/toxins.

There are probably many more. What can you think of which I haven't listed?

Repitition.

Repeating the same things over and over again, like the same exercise, the same time you go to bed, and so forth is better for health.

Exception is food, variety in foods is good.

There is way more that could be said, but I don't want to right now.

It's actually really horrible for you if you're getting up in years and are susceptible to Alzheimer's. Other than that, I'd agree that routine helps to establish good habits.

I don't know about everything, but apparently with sleep it's better to constantly get the right amount of sleep than getting too much then too little.

But also apparently fasting can be healthy when done properly too.

Well all these Variables contributes to the health the important thing is to get the in the real amount of all that.
Getting the right diet and doing exercises and the nutrition all these things are necessary for health.
