I am a big fan of RiteBite Max Protein Bars. They come in a variety of flavors too - such as chocolate and honeylemon

I don't think I tried those before. When I was lifting I moved towards the snickers protein bars. I finally moved on to just drinking pea and brown rice protein powder in water. I just grin and bear it because it is pretty nasty.

I figured it was worth it to avoid all the other crap they put in the protein bars to make it taste good.

oh, wow...

They sound good, but is it, or is it not, true that the DOH found rat poop all over their factory?

Also... on a fairly unrelated note... Spam is unhealthy and gross looking, what with the way it jiggles :P
