I see flashing lights when I sneeze.

Do you guys ever experience this? I think this is somewhat similar to how we used to push our eyeballs to see the round, greenish lights as little kids.

I personally don't, but it is not uncommon, and it's called Phosphene http://en.wikipedia.org....
There is no emergency, but I would mention it to your optometrist at your next visit as it could be associated with a pre-migraine aura, retinal detachment, visual migraine, etc. But if you're only seeing it when you sneeze, it really shouldn't be a problem, if you're seeing it even when you don't sneeze, you should mention it to your optometrist ASAP.
