Autumn is coming, the weather dryness, the body of water easily lost. Body of water is not enough, you will feel thirsty, headaches, and affect cognitive abilities. Healthy adult needs about 2500 ml of water, except from food certain amount of water, you need to pay attention to timely drink, drink at least 1500 ml per day. Do not feel thirsty to drink water again. Water - best to choose a boiled water or light drink.

In that first sentence I'm assuming you mean the body will easily lose water?

Since when do the fall months call for more consumption of fluids. I would think the summer months would dehydrate a person more.
