A Healthy Diet
Wanted a lot of the daughters of Eve in their weight loss, so many have spread misinformation about
ways nutrition and diet and diet, so you in the next lines useful information about this topic

Eating lots of protein helps build muscle

For me, I don't care what kind of fat it is as long as it's close to it's natural state. Almost all my fat comes from olive oil and coconut, then the remainder comes from milk and yogurt. Yogurt is also the only thing I eat with sugar in it, so I avoid that as well. I probably eat about two servings of bread a week.

I eat 5 servings of dairy a day, which includes yogurt, cottage cheese, and milk. Then I'll add about two servings of a starchy food such as potato, pasta, beans, rice. I'll follow that up with many servings of vegetables which is primarily tomato, spinach and onion. I've got a half cup muesli in there.

I don't make a habit of putting salt in my food but I probably get a teaspoon a week. I'm almost sugar free. I eat about three bites of meat a day. The weakest point in my diet is my protein shakes, I drink three a day. But I need that much protein for bodybuilding. My proportions are 160g protein, 180g carbs, and 50g fat.

I enjoy my diet because it's a hobby. Next week I'm going to try and cycle my carbs.

I agree with your all healthy diet steps. Eggs makes complete our healthy diet because it makes more protein consumes our body.
