A healthy time pattern - sleep during night, not day. This is easy to ruin during holidays or when plenty of free time is available. Exercise during the day. Don't overuse digital devices prior to sleep. Drinks like green tea and chamomile function as relaxants, despite green tea having caffeine. (The substance l-theanine in the tea seems to counter certain effects of caffeine.) In worst case scenario, a doctor and his prescription will do.
