similar to the what I ate, only list when you exercised and what you did.

9:30am
3 sets of 10 shoulder shrugs with 80 lb dumbbells
3 sets of 10 shoulder presses (machine) 180lb
3 sets of 10 shoulder presses (dumbbell) 45lb 50lb, 50lb
3 sets of 10 shoulder shrugs with 90 lb dumbbells

3 sets of 20 situps on situp machine with 25lb plate
50 situps (including oblique situps)
