How many ways we bring awareness in Diabetes?

Diabetes is not as serious as we create. Only two ways, we can control and make it away from us. A healthy diet plan and regular exercise can do the trick for diabetes free. Stress management is also help you to outcome from diabetes, because stress is one of the source of diabetes. So to avoid stress we need to involve in many activities like listening music, spent time on friends and family, etc.
