R.I.C.E. my friend

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

Stay dedicated to that and you should be walking by this weekend.

You should probably get a brace for it, in that case.

Well, you could get some kind of ankle support and be half-limping, but if you want the thing to heal optimally, you should give it some time. I realize that life doesn't always permit that, so you might have to just make due.

Just be careful that you don't exacerbate the injury.

Well, of course. You're Irish.

This video will show you how to tape. You need the right kind of tape. You can pick it up at a pharmacy. Don't try it using duct tape or something, and don't try it if you're too drunk, you'll fvck it up bad.

this probably will hinder your healing process but if you move around on your ankle a lot and keep it warm, you would find it easier to walk around on it in the short term
that usually works for me whenever i get a sprain during a sport or something
but if you actually want to heal it you need t rest it and cool it down

sprain the other ankle for equality
BE HAPPY!! =D
you are beautiful, don't let anyone tell you you're not
you're 100X more beautiful when you smile, not that you need it
